Terms & Conditions

Our seedlings are to be used for resource conservation, landscape restoration, wildlife enhancement or windbreak establishment purposes only. Seedlings are not to be used for ornamental and/or landscape plantings. Please contact a commercial nurseryman for trees needed for this purpose.

Pricing:

We operate in a fiscally responsible manner, covering only our production costs and forsaking profits. As our production costs rise, we adjust our pricing as fiscally necessary to continue our service to the citizens of Texas. For 2025 our prices will increase to $100 for 25 containerized seedlings in 10cc containers and $60 for 10 containerized seedlings in 40cc containers. *****Bareroot seedlings will not be available this season.

Orders:

All seedling sales are on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time the order is placed to reserve the seedlings in the order. Full payment includes all fees pertaining to an order, including but not limited to shipping, sales tax and seedling cost. Orders not accompanied by full payment will result in the order being put on "hold" with those seedlings available for sale through the store site until full payment is received. Request for cancellation of order and refund of payment will not be honored unless seedlings can be resold. Payment can be made by credit card, check or money order. Make checks and money orders payable to: Texas A&M Forest Service

Guarantee:

We guarantee our seedlings to be healthy and hearty at the time orders are packaged for shipment. However, once they leave our premises we shall not be liable for non-performance of containerized seedlings due to weather conditions or delays in transportation affecting stock, losses in storage, or other acts over which we have no control once seedlings are in your possession. For bareroot seedlings that suffer more than 50% mortality after planting, replacement can be negotiated only after consultation and approval of the Forest Operations Nursery Coordinator.

For additional technical assistance, please contact your local Texas A&M Forest Service representative or the Natural Resource Conservation Service at your local USDA Service Center.
